Our vision is to build a vibrant and inclusive Venturing Crew where young people develop leadership skills, foster a spirit of adventure, and cultivate a lifelong commitment to service, personal growth, and outdoor exploration. Through dynamic experiences and collaborative opportunities, we aim to empower youth to become confident, capable leaders prepared to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
